LGBTI Legal Service Pro Bono Network
A Queensland Pro Bono Network was established in 2016 to provide support to the LGBTI Legal Service. The network and the Legal Service’s goals align in that they both seek to remove discriminatory laws that negatively the LGBTI Community through law reform. As such, the network’s main functions include:
- Developing or assisting in the development of reform discussion papers and parliamentary submissions
- Professional review of submissions or papers written by the Legal Service
- Professional review of legal information resources developed by the Legal Service
Other ways firms in the network support us can be found on our Corporate Support page.
Please contact the Director of Law Reform, if your firm is interested in joining the network.
